We would like to ask you for an offer on complex organization of participation of KOLTECH Company at the fairs Negocios Nos Trilhos 2014, which will be held in Brazil in the period from 11-13.11.2014.
The complex organization of our participation in this fairs should consists of:
1. Renting of exhibition area of 18m2
2. Renting of stand enclosure of 18m2
3. Technical services of the stand
4. Entry in the fair catalogue, registration fee
5. Preparation and printing of promotion and advertising materials
6. Promotion related to provision of information about co-financing of Exhibitor’s participation in the promotion program from EU funds
(if the donation from EU funds – Operational Program – Innovative Economy, 2007 – 2013 is granted)
7. Travel and hotel for 2 persons participating in the fairs in Sao Paulo in Brazil
Air tickets on the route Poland – Sao Paulo Brazil both ways (2 days before fairs and 1 day after fairs)
Hotels in the period 10 – 14.11.2014
Criterion of selecting the services provider: 100% price
The offer should include:
- date of making the offer
- Total price – net and gross
Deadline for submitting the offer is: 02.06.2014
